Ingredients

1 oz (1 part) Coconut cream (can substitute with coconut milk)

1 oz (1 part) White rum (omit for mocktail)

3 oz (3 part) Pineapple juice

Ice

Hurricane glass

Garnishes (pineapple, maraschino cherry, etc.)

Directions

Shaken: create crushed ice by placing ice in bag and using shaker to break apart

Mix all ingredients and crushed ice in a shaker

Shake thoroughly, for at least 30 seconds

Pour into chilled glass and garnish

Blended: Mix all ingredients and ice in a blender

Blend to smoothie/slushie (thicker) consistency

Pour into chilled glass and garnish
